- The Coordinator is not allowed to sell or share the login name or password except the name/names written in this agreement with any person or tuition agency and is also not allowed to use or call any of the tutors for arrangement of assignments after this agreement expired.
- If the Coordinator wishes to terminate their subscription of the database (even when te agreement has ended), the Coordinator has to fax, post or email the Company a Termination Request. If the Company did not receive the Termination Request before 3 working days from the end of the Coordinator's agreement or thereafter, the agreement will be renewed automatically and the Coordinator will continue to pay the Company the prevailing monthly maintenance fee.
